Shipping Policy

Oxyhealth Canada ships all orders through Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Dispatched orders should take one to eight business days to arrive, depending on where you are in Canada.

If, for any reason, you do not receive your order in the allotted time, please contact us within 15 days, and we will investigate and resend it. A tracking number can be sent to you upon request. 

All returned items must have the seal intact and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Oxypowder has a 30-day guarantee. Refunds are only issued within 30 days of purchase, and no returns will be accepted for on-sale items.
